Notarial Act:

$10 per signature  (Michigan statutory maximum)

 

Mobile Travel Fee:

•Local appointments (within my service area): Starting at $25 for the first 10 miles.

•Extended travel appointments: $2.00 per mile round trip beyond local service area

•Evenings, weekends, holidays, and urgent/same-day appointments: Additional fee may apply. 

         Evening, Weekend & Holiday Appointments

Appointments outside regular business hours may include an additional convenience fee:

• Evening appointments (after 5:00 p.m.): +$15

• Weekend appointments: +$20

• Holiday appointments: +$25

• Same-day or urgent appointments (when availability allows): +$25

 

All fees will be discussed and approved before your appointment is confirmed.

Payments Accepted

I offer convenient and flexible payment options to make your appointment simple and hassle-free. Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit and credit cards, Cash App, Square, Venmo, and other secure electronic payment options.

 

Payment is typically collected at the time of service. In some cases, a deposit or card on file may be required to secure your appointment or for new clients, which helps reduce last-minute cancellations and ensures availability for all clients.

 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled by reservation to ensure each client receives prompt, personalized service.

• A valid payment method or deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, including extended travel, after-hours, or same-day requests.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours' notice whenever possible.
• Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours' notice, missed appointments, or situations where the signer is unavailable, does not have valid government-issued photo identification, or the documents are not ready may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee or the applicable travel fee.
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
